Dive in.

Deep.

We don’t know all the answers.
But we can help you ask the right questions.

About Personily.

Approaches to mental health have been so fixated on symptoms, that they often miss the big picture: you.

At Personily, we're building tools to understand, measure and enhance not your depression or your anxiety, but your self.

Personality function is at the core of everything we do.

It's how we orchestrate all the various processes required to survive and thrive into a cohesive sense of self and objectives for our future. When our personality function breaks down, so do we.

Our goal at Personily is to help you…

Understand your personality better

Learn what's working and what isn't, and

Empower you with data and practical support to help you can function better in the world.

Psycho-education.

The information you need to build the life you want.

Psycho-education alone has been shown to reduce severe psychiatric symptoms, and improve your sense of control over yourself.

I learned quickly in my journey that not all clinical approaches are made equal. Even the best psychiatrists I worked with often disagreed.

Psychiatry as a field does not yet have definitive, quantitative answers for what is wrong, what works and for whom.

The practice of psychiatry, however, fundamentally deals with how we perceive and engage with reality.  To be effective, psychiatrists often have to confront a patient’s beliefs and models of reality.

Conflict is the core of recovery. But how can a patient trust that conflict if psychiatry itself disagrees on the facts?

We think the answer is to have patients understand and join the discussion. To learn for themselves what the smartest thinkers of our time believe and why.

Then we need to be honest with ourselves about how each expert’s beliefs make us feel - what resonates, what infuriates and what falls flat.

We’re starting the conversation with people whose approach to the brain, mind, self and relationships resonates with what actually helped me recover.

We invite you to join our live discussions — so you can hear and decide for yourself.
