Where we’re going.

We’re obsessed with quantifying and personalizing psychiatry — so every individual can know themselves and find strategies that work for them.

We’re each ultimately faced with the challenge of managing ourselves: finding what works and what doesn’t for us individually.

We envision a future where any individual that’s struggling can take a diagnostic assessment, and be immediately matched with a treatment that will work for them.

It is, however, notoriously hard to quantify and measure human behavior or even to define what a treatment “working” means!

Personily’s long term vision is to understand and measure these nuances of mental illness and health — creating a clear, quantitative assessment of where we are, and data driven recommendation of where we need to go to get better.

Our team is working on an app that can provide personalized answers to critical mental health questions:

  • What factors most impact my mental health — sleep, exercise, specific people, places, treatments or topics?

  • What goals make the most sense for me to focus on right now?

  • What treatments may be most effective for me?

  • What information is most relevant to my currents struggles?

  • What should I expect from my recovery journey?

To achieve this, our app will pull together all the signals that matter for your mental health, and aggregate them into a single, cohesive record, including:

  • physical state

  • moods

  • movement

  • notes

  • sessions

  • treatments

Tracking these signals over time will allow us to deliver personalized content and insights about how these elements come together to make you more or less functional, more or less effective at meeting your needs in the world.

We are also planning more content — from academic research, clinical experts, lived experience and ultimately our own internal research based on the data you contribute — so you can not only stay up to date on the cutting edge of the field, but also help to define our collective future.

So stay tuned! We’re still building, but are planning to launch Summer 2024.
